To get this example from the Medicare Health Plan Compare Web site (http://www.medicare.gov/mphCompare/home.asp), select New Jersey under "State Search" and then select the "Search by State" button. Choose the "Search Entire by State" button and then the "All Plans" button, and then select "View Information" button under "People Leaving Managed Care Plans."
